We base our careers curriculum on the ‘big ideas’ of each subject discipline, helping students understand how their learning connects to real-world opportunities.

🔹 Employer Engagement – We welcome businesses and training providers to participate in school career events.
🔹 Gatsby Benchmarks Compliance – We are actively working towards achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks using the Compass evaluation tool, ensuring our careers program meets the highest standards.
🔹 Post-16 Pathways – We provide direct links to colleges, apprenticeships, and further education providers to support student transitions.
