We welcome parents, carers, students and Local Authority colleagues to visit our school, meet staff, and see our provision in action.

About the evening

Our focus is on high standards, strong relationships and a supportive, calm environment where students can thrive. You’ll have time to speak with staff across subject areas and experience some of what we offer.

 

pARKING

Parking is available on site, follow directions when entering the site.

What can I expect?

  • Tour our classrooms, arena and calm spaces

  • Meet staff and current students

  • Animal‑assisted learning demos (horses/dogs/small animals)

  • Taster activities by subject

  • Headteacher’s welcome (short talk)

  • Q&A on admissions (EHCP/Local Authority consultations)

  • Light refreshments

Who is it for?

Prospective students (11–18) and their parents/carers considering an EHCP‑led placement at Changing Lives. LA caseworkers are also welcome.

Placements are via your Local Authority naming Changing Lives in your child’s EHCP after consultation. This is separate from mainstream National Offer Day timelines. See our Admissions page for details.

Drop‑in is welcome between the event times. If you prefer, you can let us know you’re coming using the RSVP button.
