Complaints. If you wish to raise a concern or make a complaint, our
Complaints Policy
sets out how to do so and how your complaint will be handled at each stage. Complaints may be made in
writing to the school office at the address above. Concerns about the delivery or administration of
examinations, and appeals against internal assessment, access arrangement or special consideration
decisions, are handled under our
Complaints & Appeals Procedure (Exams).
Two formal complaints were registered under our formal complaints procedure
during the 2025–26 school year.
Academic performance. Details of our students’ achievements during the 2025–26 school year, including the results of any public examinations, are being finalised and will be published here.
If the school has to close. In the unlikely event that the school needs to close due to severe weather, emergency circumstances, loss of essential services, or any other unforeseen situation, parents and carers will be informed as soon as possible via our school communication systems, including email, text message, and our website. Where appropriate, remote learning activities will be provided to minimise disruption to students’ education. We ask parents and carers to ensure that the school always has up-to-date contact information and to regularly check their messages and the school website for the latest updates. The safety and wellbeing of our students, staff, and wider school community will always remain our highest priority when making decisions regarding school closure.
