Academic Curriculum
Building the foundational knowledge every student needs, at a pace that works for them.
Our academic curriculum builds on and develops students’ foundational knowledge. Throughout KS3, subject knowledge and identity are developed, and students’ confidence grows, forming the building blocks of later success. Careful sequencing ensures that across our academic curriculum, students know, remember and can do more.
Tailored English, maths, science, humanities and ICT help every student master the essentials at their own pace.
- Small classes with specialist teachers
- Entry Level through to GCSE
- Sequenced so learning is revisited and built on
- A personalised route for every student
Subject Visions
Each subject team is writing a vision statement setting out what students learn, why it matters and how it is sequenced. These are published here as they are completed.
